If you've purchased a pre-order item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be noted on the product page. Unless otherwise stated, pre-orders ship within 3–5 weeks.

What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns of eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Final sale and personalized items are not eligible for return.
